Ergothioneine is a crystalline sulphur-containing compound.It was first discovered in ergot fungus in 1909.
Ergothioneine exists in a variety of animals, plants and microorganisms, but only some microorganisms can synthesize autonomously.
Our ergothione(EGT) is made by raw material of histidine, and using high efficient enzyme-catalyzed synthesis.
